Shelby + Lexi: Emotional + Celebratory Wedding Day, Country Springs in Pewaukee, WI

Shelby + Lexi threw one big party for their wedding day because it was a day to celebrate! I love how they chose their wedding date, making one that always has been and always will be meaningful and celebratory. They picked Lexi’s mom’s birthday as their day, toasted to her at their reception, wrapped a beautiful photo of her around Lexi’s bouquet, and looked up to the sky often to feel her presence… and it was felt! Emotions ran high, but in the most beautiful way. It showed the closeness of their families, of the love they have for one another, of the support. There were so many thoughtful and sweet gestures put into their wedding day, it would make anyone emotional. I loved witnessing Lexi’s relationship with her dad, too. His reaction when he first saw her as a bride was completely priceless. The love that surrounded this day was indescribable!

These two have a very supportive, easy-going relationship that is full of fun, compromise and so much consideration for the other person. I’m so excited to share a glimpse of how their wedding day unfolded. The smiles, the tears, the beauty, all of it!
